The Switch command instructs Hash Auger to change mining work for one or more GPUs to a specific coin or algorithm port on a particular pool.

Parameters

ids [list of int numbers] required
the list of GPU numbers
pool [string] required
the name of the pool to switch to. Must be the same pool name used in the Hash Auger pool config files.
algorithm [string] required
the name of the algorithm to switch to. Must match the name of an algorithm in the config files.
coin [string] optional
Use either the name of the coin or the coin symbol to switch to a specific coin on a pool that does not auto-exchange. The name must match the name of the coin in the pool's rate information provided by its API.

Notes

This command requires that the target pool is already enabled in the software and that the pool's API data has been downloaded. This command will not be executed if the software is currently mining the daily developer contribution; it will also change work on any GPUs that are currently being benchmarked.

To use the coin parameter, a wallet for that coin must already be assigned to the target pool in the Hash Auger software. The software will attempt to match the pool port based on both the algorithm and the coin parameter to accommodate coins such as Verge that can be mined using multiple algorithms. The software will try to match the coin on either the coin's symbol or the name of the coin as it is returned by the pool's API.
